Thirty to sixty minutes, on your floor or by video, free. What’s broken, what you still do by hand, what fails expensive. Nothing is sold on the Walk — if it doesn’t need a build, we’ll tell you that too.
The Systems Inventory
Every tool, spreadsheet, script and automation you run — who owns each, what breaks if it stops, what the gaps cost per year — signed by a certified engineering technologist. The document buyers, insurers and lenders ask for first.
Build
Custom systems designed and built around how you actually run — hardware, software or both, connected to what you already have. Fixed quote before anything starts. You own it all.
Support — optional
If a system we built needs support, an upgrade, or its next version: a named certified engineering technologist, a response commitment, and tuning as your operation changes. Priced per system, quoted with or after the build. Never required.

Generic software makes you change how you run. A custom system is built around how you already do — and nobody sells small operations that layer. That’s the gap we fill.

Then, if you want it on paper
The Systems Inventory is quoted at the end of the Walk — a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. Two weeks, about two hours of your time, signed by a certified engineering technologist.

The Inventory puts what your operation actually runs on onto paper — every tool, spreadsheet, script and automation, who owns each one, what breaks if it stops, and what the gaps cost per year — signed by a certified engineering technologist, with the funding programs your operation may qualify for.
