01 — What we build
A shop takes the ticket and bills the hours. We take the problem, and we keep skin in what happens after. Some of what we build we hand to a client. Some of it we keep and sell ourselves.
Client builds
You have outgrown the spreadsheet, the off-the-shelf software does not fit, and the workaround is now three people’s full-time job. We scope it, build it, ship it, and stay on it while it settles in.
Owned products
We build and sell our own software. Client work teaches us where the real pain sits in a trade; the products come out of what we learn there. Datum is the first one out the door.
Workflow & process
We start by mapping how work actually moves through your shop — not how the org chart says it does. Sometimes the answer is software. Sometimes it is three fewer handoffs and a form that stops lying to you.
Manufacturing & product service
Quoting, scheduling, work orders, inventory counts, warranty claims, chasing suppliers, closing out field jobs. None of it is on the website. All of it decides whether you can take on double the volume.
02 — How we work
Most builds die in the handoff: the vendor invoices, the software lands, nobody uses it, and the problem is still there eighteen months later. Our deal structure removes that exit.

Course 01
We spend real time inside the process — floor, office, and the parts nobody documents. You keep the map whether or not we build anything.
Course 02
We build the smallest thing that removes the bottleneck, put it in front of the people who will use it, and correct it until they would complain if we took it away.
Course 03
Instead of one large bill, we take 3–7% of the revenue the work produces, for a fixed number of years. If it does not move your numbers, our number stays small.
Owned product 01 — Datum
Datum watches the entire US market in real time and sends one push notification when a stock reaches an extreme — deeply oversold or deeply overbought. No feed to scroll. No dashboard to babysit. The tightest filters. No nine hours in front of a screen.
