BrickHouse  /  What we build

Will this work with what we already have?

Yes — that’s the point. Everything we build is custom to your operation and connects to what you already run. If it has an export, an API, or even a spreadsheet, we can build against it.

Tracking & records

If it lives on a whiteboard.

Job logs, work orders, asset histories, compliance and policy tracking — built custom around how your people already work. Mobile-first, matched to your words and your flow, with clean data export always — because your history is yours.

Field & crews

If you run crews.

Scheduling, job records, quoting and the paperwork loop — built around your trade, your crew size and how you actually bill, instead of forcing your operation into someone else’s template. The Inventory comes first, so the build is scoped against measured gaps rather than guesses.

Alerting & routing

If the alert never reaches anyone.

Machine-down alarms, sensor thresholds and system faults routed as push notifications to the right phone, with escalation if nobody acknowledges. This is one of the highest-return systems we build — the gap between “the machine knew” and “a person knew” is usually the most expensive interval in the building.

Integration & process

The connective layer.

The sync between your systems — orders to invoices, work orders to asset histories, field data to the office — built on direct APIs against the systems you already run, documented so it never becomes a mystery, and owned by you. Where useful, we add process-level reporting so you can see your own operation’s response times without asking anyone.

Everything else

ERP, machine data, spreadsheets, nothing at all.

Accounting and back-office sync, machine and sensor feeds, the spreadsheet that secretly runs production — and the operation with no records at all, which is more common than anyone admits and completely workable. We build the system that fits, and it plugs into the rest rather than becoming another island.

One conversation, no deck. Describe it in plain language and we will tell you honestly whether it is a tooling fix, a process fix, or something you should not spend money on at all.
