Owned product 01 — Datum
Datum watches the entire US market in real time and sends one push notification when a stock reaches an extreme — deeply oversold or deeply overbought. No feed to scroll. No dashboard to babysit. The tightest filters. No nine hours in front of a screen.
Datum reports data. It does not give advice, make recommendations, or tell you what to buy or sell. BrickHouse Technologies is not a registered investment adviser, dealer, or portfolio manager, and nothing Datum sends is a solicitation or a recommendation. What you do with a notification is entirely your call.
What it does
Most market tools give you everything and let you work out what matters. Datum does the opposite: it decides nothing for you, but it only speaks when a threshold is actually crossed.
Coverage
Every listed name, not a watchlist you have to build and maintain. If something goes to an extreme in a corner of the market you have never looked at, you still hear about it.
Filters
The thresholds are set deliberately hard. A loose filter that fires forty times a day is a feed, and a feed is the thing you were trying to get away from.
Delivery
A notification with the ticker, the reading, the lookback and the volume context. No app to open, no dashboard, no red and green wall waiting for you.
Time
The whole point is not needing to sit in front of a screen for the session waiting for a number to move. The alert finds you.
Plain terms
This matters enough to put in its own section rather than a footnote.
What you do with a notification is entirely your call, and the consequences of it are yours.
Questions
On a quiet day, none. On a volatile one, a handful. If it ever starts feeling like a feed, the thresholds are wrong and we will tighten them — that is the product working, not a feature request.
A relative strength reading at the far end of its range, confirmed against volume so a thin, meaningless move does not trigger anything. The exact thresholds are published in the app so you always know what fired and why.
Not at launch, deliberately. The default is the product. Custom thresholds are on the list for later, once we know what people actually reach for.
US listed equities and ETFs at launch. Other markets depend on data licensing, which is the slow part.
Early access members get the first month at no cost, and you can cancel from inside the app without emailing anybody.
One conversation, no deck. Describe the bottleneck in plain language and we will tell you honestly whether it is a build, a process fix, or something you should not spend money on at all.
